Gary Segal
Chairman

Gary Segal is the Chairman of Greenstar Services Corporation. Segal also serves as President and CEO of Five Star Electric, a company founded by his father Bernard Segal in 1959. A third-generation electrician, Segal oversees one of the largest electrical contracting firms in the region, using its $300-million bonding program to work for agencies such as the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New York City Department of Design and Construction, New York City Department of Environmental Protection, New York City Economic Development Corporation, New York City School Construction Authority and the Dormitory of the State of New York, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, among others. His firm also completes signature residential and commercial projects in the private sector.

Larry Roman
Vice Chairman

Larry Roman serves as Vice Chairman of Greenstar Services Corporation. Roman also serves as Chairman of WDF, Inc. He devotes the majority of his time to the development and growth of WDF and spearheads the drive to increase market share in the New York City plumbing and HVAC market areas.

Stephen Kornfeld
Vice Chairman

Stephen Kornfeld serves as Vice Chairman of Greenstar Services Corporation. He is also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Nagelbush Mechanical, Inc. Kornfeld is well-known and respected in the plumbing and mechanical contracting markets. In addition, he has a long history as a successful international businessman having participated in projects of significant size on a world-wide basis.

Adam Kornfeld
Vice President, Busniness Development & Secretary

Adam Kornfeld serves as Vice President, Business Development and Secretary of Greenstar Services Corporation and as Vice President-CFO/Legal Affairs for Nagelbush Mechanical, Inc. Kornfeld, who holds both a Juris Doctorate from Yeshiva University and a Masters in Business Administration from New York University, has extensive experience in banking, finance and real estate.

Richard Smith
President, Nagelbush Mechanical, Inc.

Richard Smith serves as President of Nagelbush Mechanical, Inc . where he works to implement a strategic plan to further impact the mechanical and plumbing business within the Florida commercial and industrial markets. Smith has been involved in the industry for nearly 40 years. A graduate of Purdue University’s five-year plumbing program, Smith is also the President of the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association of South Florida.

Joseph LoCurto
President & COO, GreenStar Services Corporation

Joseph LoCurto is the President and COO of GreenStar Services Corporation. Mr. LoCurto also serves as President and CEO of WDF Inc,. His passion for building has been evident in his work for forty years. His accomplishments in the areas of heavy public works brought him to WDF Inc. to continue work for MTA’s New York City Transit, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, the New York City Department of Transportation, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, the New York City Department of Design and Construction, and the New York City School Construction Authority.

Jim Tully
Chief Financial Officer

Jim Tully serves as Chief Financial Officer of Greenstar Services Corporation. Jim is a CPA and Ernst & Young alumni with 27 years of experience with public and private companies – including 18 as a CFO. Tully has extensive experience in the construction industry.
