Vanguard Chelsea
Located on the corner of Sixth Avenue and 26th Street in New York City, this luxury residential tower included 31 stories consisting of over 300 apartments along with first floor retail space. Five Star Electric installed the complete electrical systems including the fire alarm and audio visual systems. The owner is the Albanese Organization, the architect was Schuman Lichtenstein Claman Efron Architects, the engineer was I.M. Robbins, PC and Turner Construction Corp. was the construction manager.
