On large, complex assignments our Project Manager will serve as a 'Trade Manager' and function similarly to a construction manager ensuring that all aspects of a project from the trade perspective are completed efficiently and cost effectively. Our oversight includes: bid management, negotiations of subcontracts and equipment and overall project coordination. This ability allows us to bring in out projects on time and on budget with strict attention to safety and construction quality.
